The 100 room Shangri La Hotel in Santa Monica represents the best of the 1930’s art deco movement. Broadway Industries renovated this structure and completed the work in 2009. Previously, we installed the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. In a 1988 remodel effort, Broadway Industries was again chosen to install the new systems, and we designed and installed a complex kitchen exhaust system with air wash.
