Le Lycée, an existing French high school, acquired property to build this new 40,000 square feet school. Based on Broadway Industries’ redesign and installation work, the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) costs were reduced from 1.5M to 1.15M enabling them to complete the 15M building in 2009. Broadway Industries has provided ongoing heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance ever since.
